Intimity Fashion Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- With all tags and packaging intact.
- Free from stains, makeup marks, or any other signs of wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or Clearance Items: All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Intimate Wear: Due to hygiene reasons, items like lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments cannot be returned.
- Accessories: Earrings and other jewelry are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at support@intimityfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
